Your rent is due weekly in advance. There are many different and convenient methods of payment, as shown below.
If you are having any difficulties with paying your rent, you should contact the Association immediately for further advice. If you think you may be entitled to help with your rent payments, you should contact your local Council to make a claim for housing benefit.

With a debit or credit card by telephoning our 24 hour payment service on 0844 557 8321. You will need your rent payment card. | |
You can now phone the office to pay your rent by debit or credit card. | |
You can pay with a credit or debit card on the internet by clicking here. You will need the number from your rent payment card. | |
By Direct Debit from your bank. Contact the office to set up over the telephone. The bank account holder will need to have their account details. | |
