Report a Repair

All emergency repair order requests must be made by telephone on 01380 850916.

Where the emergency is outside of normal office hours, tenants should report the repair direct to our contractor.  Click here for all  Out of hours emergency numbers.

You can report a repair here by filling out the Enquiry form below or you can ring the office on 01380 850916.  You can also report a repair through your personal account on the Tenants' Portal.  Follow this link:  My Tenancy Account.

Please give the most accurate and complete information possible and remember to include your name, address and contact telephone.

Once your form has been received, your repair order will be raised and our contractors will be informed of your repair.

You will receive a copy of the order placed, which will include a target date for the repair.  The contractor will contact you directly to make arrangements to carry out the work.

If you have any Health and Safety concerns within your property - please inform the Association asap either by phoning 01380 850916 or email us: safety@whitehorsehousing.co.uk  - this email is monitored and is a fast route in for tenants to report any health and safety concerns.
