It's Christmas time and to celebrate we have five £50 shopping vouchers to give away in our fantastic festive draw.
To enter all you have to do is log in to the ‘My Tenancy Account’ portal on our website between now and January 12. We’ll choose five users at random after January 12 who will get a New Year boost to their shopping power.
To log on to the portal, go to our home page and click on ‘My Tenancy Account’ at the top of the page. You’ll need your email address, password and date of birth. If you don’t have a password, call us on 01380 850916 and we’ll send you one.
The portal allows you to report repairs, change your contact details, pay your rent, get a statement, see past repairs, look at your rent account and other documents – all from the comfort of your armchair. It’s really easy to use and can save you lots of time.
