Annette Foster

Annette joined the Board in November 2022. For nearly 40 years she was a Family Law Solicitor and , except for a short period, practiced in Wiltshire. In her professional career Annette was involved with many housing issues concerning clients, especially those living in rural settings.

Annette has a keen interest in the link between domestic abuse issues and housing problems. Annette was previously Vice Chair of Splitz Support Service, a domestic abuse charity based in Trowbridge.

Annette is also a Trustee of Chippenham Borough Lands Charity and Sheldon Road Methodist Church Chippenham.  Annette is also actively involved in the education sector where she is a governor/academy counsellor of several schools.

Annette’s charitable expertise centres on governance and risk management.

Annette lives in a rural community and enjoys walking her dog, particularly on Roundway Down.
