Sarah Occleshaw

Sarah joined the Association in November 2017 after being offered a Housing Apprenticeship. Following the successful completion of the Level 3 in Housing and Property Management qualification, Sarah was promoted to the role of Housing Assistant, specialising in supporting the repairs and maintenance function.

Sarah has also successfully completed her Energy Assessor training and is now registered to undertake EPC other retro-fit assessments.

Sarah was promoted to the role of Asset Management Officer in April 2024 and will play a key role in managing our stock condition data and planning our future maintenance programmes.
