Steve Warran MCIH

Steve Warran is the Chief Executive of White Horse Housing Association and joined the Board following confirmation of his permanent appointment in February 2015.

Steve has worked in housing for over 25 years. He has knowledge and experience of both the housing association and local authority sectors. Over the past 17 years he has held a number of senior management positions including Head of Housing for Penwith Housing Association, Head of Housing Services at Exeter City Council and Head of Home Improvement for Aster Living. He is passionate about the provision of affordable housing in rural communities and the need to continually strive to make a difference to people's lives.
